MEN WHO COOK

This year's event was held on February 2, 2008
The food just gets better every year. If you missed out this year, be sure to attend or cook in 2009.

To whet your appetitie, we have included some photos and the basic format for the 2008 event. Don't hesitate to let us know if you want to help organize Men Who Cook, an event that has become a favorite of area residents.

Evening Schedule
Appetizers were served in the West Wing from 7:00 to 7:30.
Entrees were served at 7:30 in the East Wing.
Desserts were served in the West Wing from 8:00 to 8:30.

Diners Voted for our favorite cooks
Winners received the Golden Wisk Award. The categories were:

Best Appetizer -Michael Swartz -Crab Cakes
Best Entrée - Paul Quinn - Tuscan Pork
Best Dessert - Steve Lathrop - Vermont Waffles
Best Dressed Cook- Ed Glazer - Salmon Hash
Best Decorated Table - John Sousa - Shrimp Parmesan
Best Vermont Dish - Daren Houck - Fox Run Farm Spinach Quiche

Silent Auction
We also had a very succuesful silent auction that raised $8,175!
